Create No-Code Models with Levity

-

“Artificial Intelligence” (AI) is everywhere these days, and the use cases for both consumers and enterprises are on the rise. However, it can be tricky to leverage “AI” in a way that benefits your business and increases your leads and sales.

The problem is all the more acute if you don’t have the right technical expertise on staff or the technical experts are “divorced” from the sales and marketing teams and rarely touch base. The German startup Levity attempts to tackle these issues and more with the help of integrating AI models built without code into your business processes.

AI blocks modeling

Founded in 2020, Levity provides a no-code workflow automation platform that allows users to build AI deep learning models based on their data. Such models can be trained by using the organization’s data and labels and assigning them accordingly.

For instance, you can create a Levity model to predict the performance of ads before publishing them. Using the performance data of previous ads, you can test how well image and text copy would perform before they’re published. You assign the classifications yourself (e.g. “poor performance” or “good performance”), which is a common method in machine learning. With the platform, however, you don’t need any prior knowledge of that to train your AI module and get results from future data, based on that training.

Another use case example is sentiment analysis. Suppose you’re in marketing and want to track your product reviews on social media and see feedback trends over time. A sentiment analysis model built with Levity can allow you to understand your customers better.

With the AI block builder, Levity offers several templates in addition to the ones I mentioned above. Recognition of room types from apartments and houses is another popular use case. The data is real estate photos.

Is it for me?

Levity offers something for a wide range of customers: clothing stores, realtors, social media and marketing managers, freight forwarders, and many others. Many retailers with a ticket-based customer support system use the platform to classify, prioritize, and organize their tickets.

Many back office departments such as accounting, legal, and HR can also benefit from Levity. Since they deal with a lot of documentation, they can set up a model that sorts their incoming documents into respective folders without having to wade through many emails they receive daily.

You can try Levity for free for 14 days, during which you can build up to 5 models and test out some use cases and templates. Levity integrates with Google’s suite of tools, Zendesk and Make. You can also use it with Bubble which is another increasingly popular no-code tool.

Seed funding

There’s certainly a big demand for adopting no-code automation, and Levity solutions are no exception. The fact that the company has recently raised $8.3 million during a seed round is a testament to that demand. The intention is to use the funds to accelerate product development and grow the team.
