Using Empathy as a Game Mechanic [Video]

Some games have great graphics, some have a great soundtrack, others have a great storyline or some innovative features and a few have all of the above. Game contents and mechanics are a relevant part of what makes a great gaming experience but some developers are looking for more than that.
