Bill Gross is the founder of the incubator Idealab but also founded more than 100 other startups. As he has a good overview of who fails and who succeeds, with a fair amount of data to back these assumptions, it was interesting to see him present at a TED Talk. If you are interested in subjects like the success reasons for startups, this might be the right presentation for you.
