10 Star Wars Fan Items You Might Love

-

I love Star Wars, and I’m a big fan of all kinds of merchandise around it. May it be books or figures or clothing, it’s all good really. In this article, I wanted to share with you the results of my most recent tour through the world of fan items. I hope you’ll find one or two that you also like. 😉

Micro Block Star Wars Series Set (Wise Hawk)

This micro block set contains six cool items in total. With a focus on Star Wars: The Force Awakens you can build your own little statues of BB-8, Kylo Ren, R2-D2, Rey’s Speeder, a Stormtrooper of The First Order, and an X-Wing. If Lego isn’t challenging enough for you, try this.

Star Wars Millennium Falcon Lamp (Holinox )

I would not call this a lamp, but it certainly makes for a great piece of decoration. I can change the light color and can operate via USB power. So it could, perhaps, gain a permanent place on your desktop. They also come with a free decal so you might as well pimp up your laptop or car while we’re at it.

Tamashii Nations Meisho Movie Realization Action Figures (Bandai)

No Star Wars fan items list would be complete without action figures, right? We found some rather exotic ones too. These ones here were made to mix the Japanese aesthetics of the samurai age with Star Wars characters. Here are the figures “Samurai General Darth Vader (Death Star Armor)” and the Yumi Ashigaru Stormtrooper as examples but there are more of them.

Star Wars Death Star Cutting Board (Underground Toys)

If you’re the chef or your own personal rebel base, you might enjoy this cutting board that’s designed just like the Death Star from your favorite sci-fi franchise. It’s made of toughened glass and has anti-slipping feet. Even if you don’t like cooking, this makes for a great gift for someone who loves both Star Wars and cooking alike. And what’s most important: It’s fully operational!

Star Wars Wisecracks Figures (Funko)

The most popular Funko figures might be the Funko Pop Vinyls, but this Wisecracks series surely made me crack up. I picked you Yoda, Han Solo, and Boba Fett as examples but there are more around if you’re in for some good puns.

Star Wars Magic Mug Makes Lightsabers Appear With Heat (Benair)

Why of course you need Star Wars mugs. Why would you even ask? I’d almost say you should go for two. Add your favorite hot beverage into these mugs and the lightsabers will fully extend. Can you identify all the lightsabers here? Drop us a comment below if you know them all.

Star Wars Boba Fett Cuff Beanie

Winter is coming! But wait – that’s the wrong franchise… Anyway, if you don’t like being cold in the winter, you should wear a beanie of some sort. And if you do, you might as well represent the geek in you by choosing this Boba Fett style beanie for the colder seasons. Go for the Mando look!

Star Wars Light/Dark Side Light Switch Cover (Sci-Collectables)

This one is really simple, but it’s a great idea to geek up your room. Install this light switch cover and stay on the light side of the force (at least when you’re in the room). This one is available in the design “aged patina” and “stone.” This includes two screws that are painted to match these designs too.

Star Wars: Jaina Solo Bishoujo Statue (Kotobukiya)

With Disney remodeling the whole story of Star Wars Jaina Solo Fel basically ceased to exist as an official character. She wasn’t born, doesn’t become a Jedi and will never be seen in any new book, comic or movie. If you like the character, you should grab this piece of Extended Universe merchandise. The prices are likely to go high on these items that are no longer considered to be canon.

Star Wars Advent Calendar Building Kit (Lego)

If you or your kids already have some Star Wars Lego, this special advent calendar building kit could be a fun item for the pre-Christmas time. December is just around the corner, so this one would be ideal to get right now. Below you can find two different versions to choose from.

What do you think of these picks? Have we missed your favorite piece of geek merch here? Feel free to share anything with us below in the comments. May the force be with you, always.
