People living in the area surrounding Amsterdam in the Netherlands had the chance to visit and experience an art installation by Brian Eno and Peter Chilvers in February. Everybody else can still enjoy the footage of the Bloom: Open Space installation in the video below. But why is the video on the Microsoft channel?
