With the improvement in HR processes, it makes sense to implement modern solutions such as AI tools to solve modern problems. A good example of this is the practice of virtual interviews. A performance tracker can be personalized for each individual to boost their performance. Having quick online access to performance metrics and goal progress can improve individual workers as well as an organization’s workflow.
This month, the HumanX 2025 was held in Las Vegas to showcase the latest in artificial intelligence (AI) and connect influential executives, innovators, and decision-makers in the industry. During the event, a Denmark-based software company called Zensai unveiled its AI-powered Human Success Score for human resources (HR).
Platform for success
Zenzai’s Human Success Score is a platform that helps HR keep track of individual and team goals while measuring performance levels. Think of it as Strava but for work; similar to the fitness app, Zenzai’s solution shows metrics that record employee engagement, performance, and skill development. It also gives HR a metric that can predict future outcomes and measure employee’s impact on a business.
Additionally, the Human Success Score has an alert system that lets HR and executives know when the goals set aren’t met. It also helps encourage consistency and performing well at work with badges. When streak-based achievements along with efficiency and productivity are achieved, employees get a “Human Success Certified.”
The future of work
Zensai’s CEO, Rasmus Holst, believes that “The Human Success Score distills critical insights into a single, powerful number that galvanizes leaders and teams into action, just like a missed sales target or a system outage would.” By calculating skills, accountability, and commitment, this product can help identify the organization’s problematic areas so that teams can immediately deploy tactics and improvement adjustments to counter the issues. This also means that it can reduce the time spent figuring out a problem.
