With all the information and ease in learning how to build an app, the idea of its complexity still exists. Even with no-code app builders, around, there’s always a technical hurdle to overcome. Since then, the company has been innovating and offering more products and services to its consumers, adding more to their lineup of solutions like AI agents, workflows, and integrations with the tools already in use. Recently, they announced the launch of their AI App Builder.

True to Jotform’s newest product name, the AI App Builder helps users create apps through generative AI with as simple as typing out a prompt. It claims to be the world’s fastest app builder and is already integrated on their website for free. Users can fully customize their app or choose from the existing 700+ templates on the website. They can also fully integrate the app with other forms, such as linking tables and apps to gather data.
In three steps — clicking the Create button and choosing App while logged in, describing the app, and sending the prompt to AI — the AI App Builder promises users an easier experience in creating apps without coding. Apart from that, it offers features such as an AI chatbot and voice commands. According to Jotform’s Vice President of AI Products, Berkay Aydin, the product “accelerates our vision of creating more intuitive experiences for users and extends the capabilities of our growing AI portfolio”.
Access and plans
When it comes to accessibility, users can share a direct link to allow access to the app. They can choose from different app access settings: public, private, or for company access only. For the private option, a time limit or expiration for shared links can be set. Meanwhile, opting for company access means the user’s organization’s email domain will be used. While the AI App Builder itself is free, the limit on the data entries for the app depends on the user’s Jotform plan. The free starter plan is limited to 100 monthly submissions, while the gold plan users can collect up to 5,000 monthly submissions. Storage is also based on user’s plan.
