I’m always intrigued by the pros and contra of staying in your comfort zone versus leaving your comfort zone. Mostly those theories are accompanied by breathtaking and often emotional stories that changed the life of the person who shares their experiences and thoughts with the audience.

Today I wanted to share the TED Talk in Stanford of Yubing Zhang with you, in which she speaks about how she worked to overcome her fears and achieve more than she ever imaged before. Enjoy these minutes of wisdom and share it with your friends and family if it motivated you as well. Enjoy!
