The transactions of NFT and the hype around them are a thrill for many but there are also people who object to this. The American digital artist Beeple, also known as Mike Winkelmann, has been a professional in the scene since at least 2007 and possibly even earlier.

In this feature on Business Insider he talks about the NFT market and tokens that represent ownership of things that people can’t even hang on the wall at home. Whether this way of trading art is good or not for artists on the long run is yet to be seen but such an authentic look behind the scenes is certainly refreshing.
