It is with great privilege that the Philippines was able to get to see Avengers: Infinity War earlier than most countries. Even a week earlier than the planned premiere in the US. When it premiered here on April 25, cinemas opened at 8 am, and it was sold out everywhere! I guess that goes to show the power of Marvel fans. There have also been a lot of rants on social media because of the spoilers they’ve been seeing. So I wanted to give you an early review that’s clean so that both people who have watched or haven’t watched can read this article. Let’s go!
A close look at Avengers: Infinity War
At first, I really didn’t want to watch except for the fact that I’d see the Guardians of the Galaxy again (because they are my favorite in the Marvel universe). I expected it to be the typical big kind of superhero movie. Where there comes, this unstoppable villain and the superheroes come together and make a big plan. Then, here comes the super big fight when we thought they would lose but magically win in the end. But, oh boy was I so wrong. Everything I expected this movie to be, was the exact opposite. I was completely shut up after the film.

Avengers: Infinity War is a really entertaining flick. I don’t think I’d have to convince you to watch it because I’m sure everyone is going to watch the film. But one of my favorite things about the movie was how the worlds we saw in different films and the characters we knew all came together! It was hilarious, and I loved all the comedy surrounding the whole movie. That’s why it’s a great watch for everyone! May it be the hardcore Marvel fans that have read the comics and start up the conspiracy theories or the people who just sincerely love superhero movies as one.
Timeline confusion?
Although, I do suggest you watch the other Marvel movies first because there may be confusions in the timeline. You would better understand how this character got there and why they act like that because it is all based on the happenings in the past movies.
The thing I love the most about it is how the Philippines was featured! In one of the scenes the Philippines’ national treasure the Banaue Rice Terraces was shown. A lot of Filipinos are happy that even if they didn’t understand the film at least, they got to see a part of their country in the movie.
So tell me what you think about the seeing the most awaited movie this year down in the comments below.
