It’s interesting to see that there is more than one type of robotics concept out there. The Suzumori Endo Lab (Tokyo Tech) from Japan has been working on a musculoskeletal robot drive by making use of multifilament muscles. Taking something from natural design and using it in a technological concept could be considered as modern biomimicry.
