I use Microsoft’s Office suite on a daily basis and I have to say that I love it. Not only does it offer an amazing set of tools to help you with the overall productivity but at the end of the day it’s really helpful and it provides you with a stellar and very impressive way to do the job you need. Yet with the 2016 version they upped the ante by introducing a new member to the family, and that member is called Sway.
Simply put, Sway is an application that allows you to design presentations, reports or even personal stories in a very interesting and interactive manner. The idea with Sway is that it has been in development for quite some time and it has brought in front tons of cool ideas that you will enjoy.
I usually tend to go with the tried and tested stuff but Sway is indeed a great app to use and it manages to deliver a great value all around. It had an intuitive interface, pretty much similar to Word and the other apps in the Office suite and it also integrates multiple templates that cater to the desired activity.
I found those templates to be very useful because you basically customize what you want to do and how you want to do it, that’s it, the rest will be taken care of in a simple manner. The idea is that you have to add your content, other than that the results will be more than impressive and you will appreciate them for sure.
Maybe the best thing about this is that Sway manages to offer some really good benefits all around. It’s a pleasure to use it and you can easily customize it to fit your needs. It’s not hard to do anything in it, on the contrary you can even tell stories with images or create reports. You will even receive suggestions based on your content and the overall design integrated here is very good looking, really catchy and with a lot of flair which is amazing in its own right.
They also dedicated a lot of time to sharing, which for me is an integral part of the entire experience. It allows you to obtain astounding results in the long run and in the end it’s just a pleasure to use it, that’s for sure.
Don’t hesitate and try out Sway as well as the new Office version, they are adding in a lot of cool factors to the office experience and the overall results are amazing!
