One must also refrain from writing fluff and write with genuine intent. The use of good grammar tools such as Hemingway, Grammarly, and others will help send across the message in a clear and precise fashion. So far, these basics will make the email look sharp and authentic.
However, the use of the inverted pyramid style of writing, where all the necessary information is delivered in the beginning, helps the receiver read quickly without missing the important details. This also exhibits that the sender appreciates and values the receiver’s time. The overall tone of the email should neither be too flowery nor too frank. A semi-formal but polite tone usually works well in most cases.
