Knowledge is power, especially in the technology filled world that we have today, and the more we read the better. But I, just like many others, found that the current way of reading and organizing information we read is inefficient, and because of that I tried to figure out if there’s a solution to help with this. And that’s exactly how I discovered Diigo.
Diigo is a tool that was created in order to streamline the way you manage information in the online world, and it manages to include some nicely designed, revolutionary features for you to enjoy.
A major feature in Diigo is the introduction of annotations. Being able to add digital highlighters or stickies on the web content is very important for me and I think that it does a great job when it comes to streamlining the content as a whole. No matter if you want to create a report or better organize the content, this tool can definitely do it.

Moreover, I found it quite interesting that you can actually create your own personal library in the cloud thanks to this learning and knowledge solution. This is a great function that allows you immediate access to all the content you want to see online, without any restriction whatsoever.
A cool feature for all users is definitely the archiving part, because Diigo does manage to archive all the web content you browse. So even if the content might not be available now, you just head to the app and it will be there, waiting for you on any device you might want.
Diigo is a multipurpose tool, I literally feel that it’s one of the best apps to use if you want to better organize your current content and bring in better results as a whole for your business. It even works great if you are a normal person that reads a lot of content online and wants a better way to save it as well as manage it in order to obtain the best outcome.
I also find that sharing is a major part of Diigo, and so is creating a collection. While other platforms use favorites and a wide range of other features that might be cumbersome and just plain wrong, this one doesn’t make you go through that hassle. Only a few clicks and you are set to access your collection whenever you want.
Overall, I feel that Diigo is a great tool to use in a variety of environments. It makes reading as well as collaboration easier, but at the same time it also allows you to customize the experience in a better way and just enjoy your content the right way. It’s not a restrictive app by any means, instead it’s very easy to use and each time it manages to help you have a better experience. I loved using it, and thus I recommend it to anyone interested in being more organized.
