Attensi is a Norwegian training and coaching company that creates simulation training programs for corporations to train employees. The company works globally, and this year, its gamified training program gained a reputation for helping the learning and development department. The L&D (learning and development) department of an organization trains people to gain the skills needed to accomplish a task.
Gamification turns routine tasks into a game-like format so that participants also have fun while learning. These areas range from learning how to manage finances to the mental health industry.

Attensi’s gamification apps
Attensi has a suite of applications on mobile or desktop application stores to make learning at a company fun and approachable. There are five applications that the employees can use to learn through a game-like format from mobiles to desktops. Their app, Attensi Behavior. is an immersive app that can be played in a VR environment.
This app is the starting point for an organization to build a virtual learning environment. The team builds the app by sitting with an organization so that people can have an immersive play experience. Meanwhile, the Attensi Skills and Process apps are designed to introduce the organization to those who recently joined with the help of easy-to-play games.

Elearning is the way ahead
Attensi says “it’s out with the old, in with the new”, and elearning is the way ahead to understand the modern world. Gamification is the modern take on traditional training and is expected to be used more frequently in the near future. Using 3D modeling techniques and working around human psychology, Attensi aims to create human interactions and a realistic workplace environment with its apps.
