Assassin’s Creed Syndicate: Double Team in Victorian London

-

One thing I love about the Assassin’s Creed games is the fact that you can explore various eras and each one of them is recreated with the highest quality and best results. Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate is no different, because it manages to take us to the Victorian London, all while offering a whole bunch of cool mechanics and great gameplay ideas that you will surely find enjoyable.

While the title maintains the third person open world idea that made it a complete success, it does introduce the ability to control two characters which you can switch between at any given time, a brother and sister which have different ways to play and each one of them brings in front an entirely new set of gameplay mechanics.

There’s no multiplayer in Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate and I have to say that this is for the better to be honest. The traveling system was improved and we have horse carriages here, which is really cool on its own, but the main improvement at least for me is the combat as well as the stealth mechanics which are wonderful and truly impressive this time around.

Of course, the main appeal for any AC game is the story, and here it’s a complicated one, but it’s really good nonetheless. It does offer quite a lot of value as a whole though, and the ending is quite memorable, but the entire journey is what matters the most, and that alone, combined with the side missions is well worth the asking price.

The assassination contracts are more fun than ever, graphics are widely improved and at the same time the entire way you move within the game world is more than exciting for sure. It does offer quite a lot of value, but at the same time it also makes the entire experience refined as a whole.

They added brawling here which is quite nice, but for me what makes it more fun is the fact that you can use a zipline or just improve your current parkour schemes. At the end of the day, what makes Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate the most fun is its ability to always explore the world and get in front with the best results, and to be honest there’s so much to be had here that you don’t really need any guidance.

It’s cool that they integrated the idea to kidnap enemies for ransom, and at the same time more weapons always equals more fun, so you can rest assured that the experience is really good as a whole and truly refined for what it offers, that’s a given!

Since the game world is a little larger than Unity, there’s even more to explore and to be honest the bad performance from the previous game is nowhere to be found here, instead the game does manage to bring in front a whole lot of unique, exciting gameplay mechanics. Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate is a whole lot of fun to play, and to be honest I didn’t have so much fun in an open world game ever since GTA V, so I am glad to say that AC is finally back. I am curious to see where they are going forward, but rest assured that it will be a blast to watch the series evolve once again.
