Although Vectr doesn’t have all the bells and whistles as its competitors, it still edits vector files effectively. Keep in mind that while it doesn’t offer a ton of features for vector editing, it has enough basics to get started.
This tool can generate vector graphics and even apply different operations, such as adding layers, borders, shadows, or text.
