The role

We’re now looking for a Technical Customer Service Manager to join our Customer Service team. As a member of the team you will be involved in ensuring that our customers get the best product experience. We want to exceed expectations and help out based on having a good understanding of our customer’s needs.

This role is for a motivated, energetic and communicative individual who is interested in working with our customers (mostly small business owners). You must be prepared to proactively develop your skills in a highly dynamic and rewarding environment. You will work as a link between Customers Service team and our R&D team. You will do root cause analysis of detected issues, help test team with testing and provide technical customer support and guidance.

The role requires a good understanding of Web applications and Javascript. You need very good spoken and written communication skills in English, other languages are a plus. We would love you to be service-minded, analytical and have a passion/genuine interest for working with people and technology. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience working with testing and customer service.


• Provide technical customer support and guidance
• Coordinate work between Customer Service and R&D team
• Perform root cause analysis of detected issues
• Assist Zervant test team with testing
• Develop our internal communication about ongoing work
