We’re looking for a French and German speaking Customer Service Manager to join our Customer Service team. As a member of the team you will be involved in ensuring that our customers get the best product experience. We want to exceed customer expectations and help out based on having a good understanding of our customer’s needs.
This role is for a motivated, energetic and communicative individual who is interested in working with our customers (mostly small business owners). You must be prepared to proactively develop your skills in a highly dynamic and rewarding environment. You will be responsible for Zervant customer satisfaction, answering customer requests (mainly in written form), collecting market feedback, and developing the communication channels used with customers. This will involve analysing and taking care of the markets independently.
The role requires a good understanding of web applications. You need very good spoken and written communication skills in French, German and English, other languages are a plus. We would love you to be service-minded, analytical and have a passion/genuine interest for working with people and technology. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience working with customer service.
