Check out the Rolling and Transforming Robot MorpHex MKIII [Video]

The MorpHex MKIII is a robot that can transform its shape and even change its mode of transportation. It can roll like BB-8 or use the “legs” to walk like DSD1 dwarf spider droids from Star Wars. In order to climb across obstacles it can move as a hybrid using both ball-shape and legs. The MorpHex robot series is designed and developed by Kåre Halvorsen and if you want to keep getting updates, you should follow him on his YouTube channel. Cool design and also very functional. We would love to see more from the MorpHex in the future!
